clients achieve their goals and create a healthier and more functional body. Body composition training, functional performance and nutritional guidance. The process:Once signed up to a programme there is a short health, goal and nutritional questionnaire to complete. At the first session, body measurements, fitness tests and postural anaylsis is looked at.
The training sessions consist of body composition circuits designed to burn maximum fat, and functional exercises to improve tone, strength and alignment. Each personal plan will be based on a four week cycle, taking you through the correct training phases for your fitness level, and body measurements retaken at the end of each 4 week period to monitor progress. |

Programming Packages
If you are motivated enough to get training at home or in a gym by yourself and just need a little help or inspiration then we have our programming package.
* 60 minute consultation: Includes body measurements, goal setting and taking you through the main exercise movements that will be included in your bespoke training programme.
* 4 weeks worth of training programmes (2 per week) will be provided with step by step instruction and diagrams to show you how to complete all exercises.
* Support via email and phone available 24/7.
